The metal paste was prepared, and the model was printed into raw material using M-cl-02 metal paste 3D printer made by Merkory. After the raw material was dried, it was directly put into the vacuum furnace for sintering.When it cools and is removed, you get a 100 percent metal sculpture:
Most impressively of all, the sintered metal sculptures were virtually identical to the previously printed model blanks, without shrinkage or deformation.This solves the worldwide problem that DDM, FDM, 3DP (binder injection) and other “indirect metal 3D printing” green blank will produce shrinkage and asymmetric deformation during subsequent sintering.It has made original technical contributions to the practical application of “indirect metal 3D printing” technology.
