Therefore, more and more clinics have developed a new type of invisible braces based on 3D printing technology, hoping to solve the problems of traditional orthodontics.
SLA 3D printing is used in the entire invisible braces production process, customize the dental model of different correction stages. After the tooth model is completed, the doctor will use a thermoforming process to wrap the transparent film on the model to create an invisible braces suitable for the patient. The whole process includes six steps of impression, scanning, 3D modeling, digital simulation correction design, 3D printing dental mold, braces processing, cleaning and disinfection.
